O2 iMode

As Part of development process of O2s new i-Mode service Frontend's task was to evaluate early prototypes with real customers and to modify the UI design where appropriate. While reaction to the service was good several issues were identified in critical task flows. In particular subscribing to pay per view services was problematic which led to increased traffic to customer care and reduce revenue intake. Frontend redesigned the task flow and individual UI screens. A set of usability guidelines were also drafted to ensure a better UI experience throughout the service.

iMode Mobile Interaction
With such small screen real estate to work with the look and feel of the application becomes an essential aspect of the user interaction. As part of our deliverable we developed a visual design style guide for the various screen elements such as Headers, Footers, Lists, Content, Links and navigation, Menus and Icons.
