Frontend has worked extensively with AIB. We have conducted a number of evaluations for usability and accessibility on their web portals and on the online banking systems (both personal banking and business banking).
Working with AIB for over three years Frontend has conducted extensive research and consumer testing on their websites and services. The results of these programmes are fed back into the design process to improve the customer experience and help the bank make informed business decisions based on customer needs.
