Expert Evaluation

The objective of an expert usability evaluation is to assess effectiveness, efficiency and ‘ease of use’ of a product or service. Frontend conduct a thorough evaluation of key tasks, visual communication and content. This is not only critical for task completion but also to encouraging usage and referral to others.  

In the context of the target user base, our usability specialists evaluate the design against established usability criteria and user centred design principals. We identify key problem areas and recommend corrective action. All findings are documented in an issues and recommendations report and discussed with the project team.
