Frontend.com is an international UX design consultancy based in Dublin, Ireland. For over two decades we have shaped how everyday people interact with a broad spectrum of new technologies and services.

Our client base spans the worlds of finance, software, consumer and healthcare and our work has helped transform products, services and organisations around the globe. Our approach puts the end user at the heart of the design process, ensuring the end result meets their needs. From in-depth user research and interaction design to user testing and formal human factors validation for medical devices, we involve users at all stages of our process.

Our Story

Founded in 1998 by a core group of product designers, Frontend.com was one of the first studios in Europe to specialise in user-centred design. From the very beginning, we have had the opportunity to innovate solutions on a global scale. From the first global e-commerce sites and early online banking systems to Europe’s first digital TV platform and consumer-focused medical devices. Our team thrives on complex UX design challenges, producing outcomes that create business success and changing how people live and work.
