The solution streamlines task management enabling users to send and receive operational messages, be notified of critical events, and issue alerts with the touch of a button.
Frontend worked with the Halo team to optimise on-boarding and management of devices. We conducted contextual research with users to ensure easy installation, planning and support for customers across a range of sectors including hotels, hospitals, shopping malls amusement parks etc.
Our design team created interaction task-flows that were optimised for both management desktop and end user watch interfaces. The solution was prototyped and evaluated with end users throughout the design process to ensure it met with market needs.
